If you want to increase your retinue up to around 30 build a manor and a barracks

Polearm Should only be use as flank. As to attack from the side or behind. And always have your men in formation. Better to have them charge you first... Because you have alot more bouns stats from having them in formation and in a line So plz form a line and just wait for them to charge You can still have 12 more Retinue... Just upgrade your MANOR! You can see where the Mercenaries spawn... And always raise your army before pass start so they can move closer...

How about assigning some families to stables? I like to have at least one to each to know where to go to when I need families for construction or burials.

If you click on the magnifying glass during a battle it shows you where the battlefield zone is and where you need to leave some units after beating the other army until the battle is over.

I think you should add a lot of paths trough the market squares, so there is a lot less stalls (with smaller market areas, but it looks a lot fuller.

Use your pole arms against the enemy retinue, they have armor penetration (counter)!!

In the old settlers you could disallow the storage of ressources in every warehouse headquarter for every ressource individually. So you basically just disallow the storage of wood in you hq and they will store it wherever its not blocked if you want to get it closer to the front.

Check your universities, Austria used to lack quite a lot of them, making research quite slow at the start. I assume you're not going for super Germany, as it's fairly gamey thing to do. Not sure if snatching Saxony (I think it was Saxony) from their market is enough to ruin their economy and army anymore though.

Hey, reducing approval is bad. That doesn’t reduce their power. If a groups approval goes below -10, that group will revolt and create radicals and give you debuffs
